Held in Tung Chung, these sessions provide a supportive way to strengthen the body, move with better awareness, and feel stronger in everyday life.

Pilates is suitable for a range of experience levels and is a great option for adults looking for mindful, effective training in a supportive environment.

3 different classes
Our Pilates programme offers 3 different class styles so you can choose the right balance of strength, mobility, and recovery for your body:
-
Pilates (Mat): Combines mobility, strength and stretching exercises in a good balance
-
Pilates Sculpt: Focused on muscles toning and strengthening, yet include some mobility and stretching exercises
-
Pilates Recovery: Mostly focused on mobility and stretching exercises to built up a good posture and reduce unnecessary tension
You will work on:
Core Strength
Pilates helps strengthen the deep muscles that support your spine and posture. A stronger core improves stability, control, and overall movement quality.
Posture & Alignment
Classes focus on helping you become more aware of how your body moves and holds itself. This supports better posture, alignment, and comfort throughout the day.
Mobility & Flexibility
Pilates includes controlled stretching and movement patterns that improve mobility and flexibility. This helps the body feel less tight and move more freely.
Control & Stability
You will learn to move with greater precision and stability through slow, focused exercises. This improves balance, coordination, and confidence in movement.
Breath & Awareness
Pilates encourages better breathing patterns and stronger mind-body connection. This helps you move with more intention, control, and awareness.
Strength for Daily Life
The strength and mobility built in Pilates can support everyday tasks, exercise, and long-term physical wellbeing. It is a practical, effective way to build a stronger and more balanced body.
