The competition journey
Every competition journey starts with strong basics and steady progress over time.
Step 1: Build strong foundations in class
Children begin by developing strong foundations through regular class training, where they learn the basics of artistic gymnastics, improve body control, and build confidence.
Step 2: Develop confidence, consistency, and skill
As children continue training, they work on improving technique, strengthening key skills, and becoming more consistent in their performance with each class.
Step 3: Take part in our upcoming internal competitions
Once they are ready, children can take part in internal competitions, giving them the chance to perform in a familiar and supportive environment while gaining valuable experience.
Step 4: Progress to external competitions when ready
For children who show readiness and interest, the next step may be external competitions, where they can further challenge themselves, meet other peers, and continue growing as gymnasts.
